Chukar Red Chili

Parmesan Chukar and Quail Nuggets


1 Tbsp Butter
2/3 Cup Bisquick
2 tsp. Paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 boned out chukar breast halves

Then I also added:

2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese divided.

Heat oven to 425 F. Melt butter in 13×9 glass baking dish in oven.

Stir together dry ingredients reserving 1/2 cup cheese. Coat chukar well. Place in dish. Butter should be melted and pan hot.

Bake about 10-15 minutes, turn each piece, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cook another 10 minutes.
